PARKING LOT PROGRAM
The Upper Main Alliance knows that parking is a major issue within our district. We are presently offering to business owners and their employees the opportunity to rent 20 of the spaces at a cost of $40.00 per month, to be billed on a bi-annual basis. This fee is 25% lower than the average cost that many of our merchants presently pay. This program has been established to free up more Main Street parking currently being used by employees. Please take advantage of this program as our organization is here to help the business community and our members. We encourage all business owners whose employees are currently parking on Main Street to consider leasing the spaces in our new lot. All business owners should alert their customers that we now have free parking on the corner of Berry and State Streets and they can park in this lot while doing business on Main Street for up to two hours. The program is on a first come first served basis so please hurry to submit your application to our office.

The Upper Main Alliance Parking Lot Committee is proud to announce we have finalized the acquisition of the parking lot on the southeast corner of Berry Street and State Street through a lease agreement with Oritani Savings Bank. The 41 parking spaces will be allocated for
FREE SHOPPER PARKING, with a two hour limit restriction, and employee parking for employees of businesses located in the Upper Main Alliance Special Improvement District.
